The ä with each other and with Kezban went well, you could exchange, joke and still had a focus on different exercises.
The exercises were thought-provoking, sometimes a bit unusual, but not so that you get into an uncomfortable situation. People who deal with the topics of personality development, self-reflection, etc., have certainly gotten one or two things on the way here.
From beginning to end everything was just right and you have not felt bored for a second. Each individual (smaller group of 9 people) was taken care of! Absolutely successful seminar day.
From the first second, the chemistry was right - from contacting us to quickly finding an appointment. The communication to set up the appointment went perfectly. Somehow I suspected that it would be a nice meeting with Kezban. But not only nice, no - also very professional. Facereading gave me important insights and also confirmed things that were not new to me. But Kezban didn't know me before and I had the feeling she knows me better than some other people who have known me for a longer time ;-)

In her seminars, Kezban knows how to get people into a "communication mode" where everyone wants to participate in the conversation quite openly. A kind of safe space. But without losing sight of the goal.
Resilience? This was previously a foreign word for me, or only a physical property. Kezban very quickly understood how to create a relationship of trust in our small group. It was then easy for me to share my experiences and, of course, my worries. Sharing experiences and worries with people I didn't know before was also a new experience, as was dealing with one's own goals. The 5 appointments were over quickly, but you can keep going. I think back on it with pleasure!
