Frau Klapp hat bei uns einen Konzepttag zur Ressourcenstärkung gestaltet.
Alle Absprachen, die vorab besprochen worden sind, wurden eingehalten und alles, was für den Inhalt besprochen worden ist, wurde umgesetzt.   
Der Raum wurde sehr einladend gestaltet. Das Praktische hat es ermöglicht, es selbst auszuprobieren und umzusetzen. Die theoretischen Inhalte würden kurz und knapp verständlich erläutert, sodass man schnell ins Praktische übergehen konnte. Der Methodenkoffer wurde auch nochmal mit jeder Menge neuer Möglichkeiten gefüllt.

Frau Klapp ist weiterhin eine Ansprechpartnerin für uns und wird von uns wärmstens weiterempfohlen empfohlen.
