Unfortunately I had hoped for more to buy a car at such a dealership unfortunately it was not so there are some things happened but well a small thing for example I had asked if it was a dog car on it came a no but the dog hair in the cracks say something else.

In Dudweiler, I would recommend Kloos to others because of its very good handling and friendliness. I would never recommend Klos Urexweiler to others because of the negative experiences I had there.

Work not done but charged on the invoice. Service employee seems as if he were Prince Valium. Replacement vehicle is ordered 3 weeks in advance & the day before a rejection is issued, reason "rim on the vehicle was previously damaged & no replacement vehicle is available or replacement tire / rim not available for change. That with the spare KFZ is in Koblenz a GROSS defezit. It is very difficult to get a replacement vehicle & if then ONLY some categories below. Final bill outrageously expensive and on request for the bill, was the answer it is NOT feasible or according to Fa Klos NOT wanted. And that with a STAMKUNDE?!?! And that with over 1400, - € bill.

POSITIVES: Master Spies is always friendly & trying to give service (was in the time of the service LEIDER on vacation). And if it had not been so urgent, with the service, then I would have waited until the return. For this he has brought the last result, from the "Prince V." back into the positive lot.
