I feel cheated out of a consultation! The lawyer referred to me was arrogant, did not want to answer my questions and just hung up after a few minutes. This person was arrogant and overbearing and not helpful. Better find your own lawyers who are up for your job!

Why did I actually pay 20 euros, if I have to wait 2 days for an answer and I am told at the end I would have to pay 100 euros so that they can help me further. At the end I was not even told what I have to do. Garbage

Was not called at the appointed time. Only after message to Klugo and then dispatched in a 2 minute conversation. Had the impression that I was annoying with my request the lawyer and he wanted to end quickly. Very unprofessional. Has not helped me a bit. Very, very sad.
