Unfortunately had too many communication problems over time.
Super friendly employees, which unfortunately answer very late -> Here, of course, it may also love the lack of skilled workers, since the employees have so much on the note.
Every single phone call, is estra billed, as soon as this was started by us and not by KNUST. -> One would like to call accordingly no more with you. Solution here perhaps something with in the contract set: A certain number of hours is included in the contract, everything else is billed separately, etc.

In any case, I wish you continued success on your further way and hope very much that you accept the feedback and become even better than before for your further customers :)!

Thank you very much for your open feedback, which we will of course take seriously for quality assurance. After all, we also want to support and inspire our clients in every respect. However, we would like to point out at this point that a fixed monthly fee with an hourly quota has also been agreed for years for pure tax consulting. This makes our work easier when it comes to invoicing and gives our clients planning security. A large number of our clients take advantage of this and are actively advised of it when the mandate is established.
