The salesperson didn't try to text me all over the place on my first visit. I found that very pleasant. In further conversations, it then became clear that I was seriously interested in buying a car; the discussions became more intensive and engaging. That was also very pleasant. The car for sale was made available to me for a test drive without any problems. As the car had been in an accident, I asked for repair documents or similar. This was also no problem, which surprised me positively!
After the purchase was also completed quickly and without complications, I discovered that the reversing camera was not working, or not always working. From then on, a service advisor took care of me and the camera. It took three attempts, but that's hardly a bad thing if the fault doesn't occur all the time. What was really great was that this service advisor collected the car from my home by appointment and also brought it back. "Quite a simple thing" he said, "I live in the neighboring town, and on the way to work or home I stop by and pick up or drop off the car". A very pleasant person, thank you very much again! That's what I call commitment! And now the camera works perfectly!
So, my experience with Koch has been good all round; it can happen with the camera! And it was done in a nice way and of course free of charge
