I think the service could be restructured a bit. I do not know the exact procedure, but if an appointment is pending, no one should have to wait so long, even if the coffee is free.
Negatively, I noticed that booked services are often overlooked, so I had to wait again to get a replacement car. In total, I spent an hour at the dealership just to get my car in for inspection and wheel change!!!!

At the appointment I was succinctly told "no cost coverage by the insurance.
Further explanations to the reason for the refusal were not made.
My call to the insurance company took less than five minutes and ended with the following statement

Disappointed every time. In Ahrensfelde, the customer was still looked after in a friendly and customer-oriented manner. Back then in Ostkreuz and now also in Biesdorf, you feel like a nuisance. Questions are not answered and the customer is always to blame. After 2 years already technical problems, which were forgotten during the inspection and then are interpreted to the detriment of the customer. In the conversation it is always affirmed that such matters are addressed in the house, well has not worked for 10 years. Addressing is probably not enough, improve would be an option.
