- Appointment for 2nd inspection, TÜV & AU with workshop replacement car made in early April pers. on site to 9.5.22, the order of the replacement car was not registered with Enterprise. defective !!!
- on the demand for the compl. costs for this Werstatttermin I was called on the part of the reception a sum, which was far below the price, which I actually paid. The staff should be brought up to date with the latest price developments, so that they can provide the customer with meaningful information. poor !!!
Very positive rating deserves the service consultant Mr. Mischalski, very competent and ferundliche way in dealing with the customer !!!!

Service and advice was very good as well as the fast and friendly service, criticism: a note on the upcoming TÜV/ASU test in June would have been helpful and would have saved me a now additional timely appointment.
If you absolutely need an authorized workshop, then you can recommend Koch. Otherwise, it is now cheaper to use independent workshops. However, despite the appointment, you have to allow up to 45 minutes for the vehicle to be returned. We don't know why.
Apparently, there are still some teething problems to be solved here, both in terms of the software in the car and on the Internet about this model. On the Internet, the current Karoq model from 2022 is not yet entered at all. Especially the attempt to install current navi map material failed because of a so-called "mirror link", which is a smartphone function and has nothing at all to do with installing software updates. This horrible "mirror link" prevents everything!
I was once on Saturday on site and my appointment had not been eigetragen, so I was there for nothing. On the following appointment, the workshop replacement car had not been reserved, so I was there for 1.5 h, only to drop off a vehicle for an oil change and receive a replacement car. The ServicePoint/reception was nice and friendly but seemed somehow overwhelmed. The employee at the car rental Enterprice was nice and friendly but did not provide an acceleration.
