I had my first hair transplant exactly one week ago with you in Düsseldorf and I am very satisfied. I had really thought for almost 10 years how and where I can improve my thinning hair situation. After a lot of research and thinking, I decided on you in Düsseldorf. The decisive factor was the very friendly, honest and consistently sympathetic advice of the entire team. Starting with Mr. Comune, who advised me at the beginning via video call and then on site in Düsseldorf. Already during this period of good 10 months (since I was still working abroad) no question was too much and was always answered quickly. Last week, Thursday, the time had finally come. During the preliminary consultation with the specialist, Mr. Firas Kour, I was again relieved of any fear and everything was explained in a very calming manner, which took away my excitement. On the day of the operation, Mr. Firas Kour welcomed me in a friendly and relaxed manner and introduced me to his team. Except for the injections for anesthesia, you really do not feel any pain and Mr. Firas Kour explains everything which again has a very calming effect.

His whole team was very easy-going and relaxed and there was also some laughter during the procedure, which is very refreshing at about 6-8 hours. I would especially like to thank Bahar and Mohammed who were there from start to finish and did a great job. Thank you again for your refreshing and reassuring manner during the treatment in which every question was answered very sympathetically.

During the delicious lunch break, I was told what to look for in the weeks and months after the procedure, as well as given painkillers, aloe vera spray, and other supplies. Again, every question (even if repeated) was answered to give me peace of mind.

I can also only confirm the team's assurance that I can also contact them at any time afterwards. Every question by phone or Whatsapp is answered quickly and tips and assistance are given.

I'm already looking forward to the time when the hair grows properly even if it still takes a few months ;)

From the very first minute, everything seemed very professional and well-organized to me. My consultant, Mr. Kennel, was very friendly and also responded to my individual needs with a lot of empathy. Before the operation, I had a very detailed discussion with my doctor, Dr. Aslan, and I immediately felt safe with him and that I was being taken seriously. No false promises were made, but I was told very clearly what was possible and what was not. I had no pain during the operation and care was taken to ensure that I didn't miss anything. When I was struggling with circulatory problems after the operation, I was even given the option of staying another night at KÖ-Hair's expense. The management reacted immediately and I thought that was great. I am already very excited about my results and can only advise every man to get treatment at KÖ-Hair. You are in the best hands there and even in the days after the operation, both the attending doctor and the team enquire about how you are doing and accompany you. The consultation and subsequent treatment went absolutely smoothly. I was explained to my satisfaction and left with no unanswered questions. Thanks to the anesthesia, the procedure was also largely painless. The surgical staff and also the doctor took excellent care of me all around, so that I felt in safe hands at all times. The treatment is now 6 months ago, so it still needs some time for the final result, but it already looks great!
