There is not much need to say. You are excellent in every respect. Whether in planning or execution and service. Ms. Dahlmann with her experience is always our contact person. On my last trip, I left my iPad in the security area and only noticed it on the plane. I was still able to reach Ms. Dahlmann by phone. She said she would take care of it.
Without her, I would no longer have my iPad. Many thanks again. I can 100% recommend Kögelreisen to everyone. For us there is no more travel without Mrs. Dahlmann.

I found the cohesion of the group very friendly. It was nice to be together with the others every day. Petra was very committed to the participants. A wonderful trip!

Everything worked out great. The hotels were very good. The logistics worked excellently.
I would have liked to have a clear schedule earlier and when paying the bill you have to be very attentive yourself. Some things could have been more digitalized. Nevertheless, all in all good.

I liked the whole trip very much. I have seen a lot and thanks to the good tour guides also learned a lot about the history and features of the places. The hotel was beautiful and classy, I just found it a bit out of the way. The distances to the sights were quite far. If you didn't want to stay at the hotel on your day off, you didn't have much choice to go to other places. At least there was a bus to Cefalu where you could spend a couple of hours. But overall it was a wonderful trip.

We traveled with Kögelreisen for the first time ... and what can we say: it was an absolute hit! Our trip took place in June/July 2023. We had booked a combination of safari in Tanzania ("Best of Tanzania") and a subsequent beach vacation on Zanzibar in the Hotel Zanzibar Queen in Matemwe. We were very competently, comprehensively and closely looked after by the very nice responsible for us processor at Kögelreisen. She always had an open ear for us, changes in the travel planning were implemented unexcited and as quickly as possible. All flight bookings, reservations and extra requests she has done absolutely reliable and optimal for us. The safari itself was the absolute highlight. Our guide really got everything out for us and drove us from sunrise to sunset through the different parks and informed us very well. A thousand thanks for this to Ndelilio our guide v. Tanzania Experience. He is simply the best !!!
Even if it was exhausting, we have seen the Big Five u.v.m. - it was spectacular!!! Also the hotel on Zanzibar was the right choice - a small boutique hotel with only 30 rooms located directly on the beautiful beach of Matemwe with the most delicious breakfast buffet ever and really very very good cuisine. Simply fantastic!!! There is absolutely nothing to complain about, on the contrary: we will definitely book our next vacation with Kögelreisen again. It was unique - thank you for the great company!!!

It was an unforgettable trip. It was very individually designed and also had many very beautiful and exciting highlights. The customer service around the trip especially the personal menu coordination was quite excellent. Unfortunately, the time management has not always worked out so well and some excursions should have been better planned differently.

If so, then I would express a higher expectation of the content quality of the city tour for Akademiker:innen. The personal support was outstanding, e.g. with the pre-booking of the seats and the acceptance of the credit card for payment.
Not up to the expected standard: The rooms for single travelers, much too small, without windows.
Also unfortunate: no direct flight. Here in the future let the fellow travelers book individually (since easyjet offered a direct flight).
