Mr. Vollmer was extremely competent and forward-thinking - from the first conversation, to the presentation of our house on the Internet, to the countless references to possible legal consequences, to the support during the notarial process. Ongoing, unsolicited updates were as much a part of the service as discussions with all parties in the background to achieve the best possible contract version.
