I am really glad that I decided to train at Körperformen Hameln. I suffer from an anxiety and panic disorder and was initially unsure whether it was the right thing for me and whether I would even be able to make it to training. Manuel was able to take away a lot of my worries and fears during the consultation and trial training. Above all, his understanding of my anxiety and panic disorder gave me a good feeling. After my 3 or 4 training sessions there, I unfortunately had a panic attack during the training. The trainers reacted really well and were able to calm me down quickly. The panic attack was very unpleasant for me, but I quickly realized that it didn't have to be. Shortly before my next appointment, I told Manuel that the panic attack incident was making it difficult for me to come to training. He listened to my fears and anxieties and worked with me to think about what could help me get back to training. I am really very grateful to him for that. I've now been with Körperformen for about six months and haven't had another panic attack during training. The trainers are really great, motivate you and, above all, the training is a lot of fun, even if it is exhausting. 😅 No matter how bad I feel before training, afterwards I not only feel good physically, but also mentally. Training with Elia in particular has made me realize that I have more in me than I thought. When I think I can't go on, he motivates me to keep going and believes that I can do it. I am very grateful for that. Just a big thank you to everyone. You are doing a really great job!
