Since I started training at Körperformen 1.5 years ago, I have had super success regarding my back pain. For 13 years, after the birth of my child, I have been suffering from back pain that got worse and worse despite medical treatment. When I started exercising at Körperformen, I had to lie down every 3 hours because of the pain and could hardly move. After I noticed the progress my back was making, I even trained 2x a week. After 1,5 years of training I am mobile again and have much less back problems. I would never have thought that I would become so "fit" again. I am totally grateful to Körperformen for that. Of course, this also includes daily training at home, but for this I have adopted the exercises from the training. So, this training is also super suitable for people who want to get out of the vicious circle of back pain. It is really worth it!
