Great and positive atmosphere. Very nice staff and a great team. The training is effective and simply fun. The trainers provide the necessary motivation. My back pain and tense muscle groups have already improved after a few training sessions. I always look forward to the next training session. Highly recommended. You just have to try it.

Am super satisfied with the perfect all-round care. It's very reassuring to always have someone next to you. From hygiene to service, everything just fits. I am very satisfied and can only recommend Körperformen Pfungstadt. Although I have not been here for long, I notice that it does me a lot of good.

A very friendly and competent team with a calm charisma has already accompanied me for two years. The targeted training has given me more strength. My very stressed neck and back strengthened. It is simply fun to train with each of these teams and that in only 20 minutes per week.

I am a member since August 2020 in the Körperformen Studio Pfungstadt , and have felt comfortable from the first minute . Every trainer with whom I have trained is friendly , responds to the needs and is very competent . I had to fight through my job always with back pain, since EMS training the pain was gone. August this year I currently use the Ceragem massage bed , pure wellness . Keep up the good work, you are a great team.

What can I say? 5 out of 5 stars!
There is such a great atmosphere and I just look forward to my workout every time. From the greeting, to the workout, to the goodbyes, we always have a lot of fun together. Every single trainer addresses my complaints and motivates me. No gym can compete with that 💪🏼.
The offer has been expanded by the therapy couch, which I personally find totally awesome. So I have a combination of hard training & relaxation every week.

The friendly welcome, positive attitude of all staff, the helpfulness of each personal trainer. So much in only 20min training time! Outstanding!
After 14 years of gyms and other training methods, I (Daniel) can only offer it to everyone to look at the trial training and make his own judgment / image about it (EMS training).
