I have had a KOMO Fidifloc for several years. Due to carelessness, I lost a plastic cover during cleaning. The company sent me a new one free of charge as a gesture of goodwill.
That's what you call customer service. It's extremely rare these days.

The long wait for availability was worth it. The Duett 100 grinder/flaker is the perfect combination. Elegant, attractive design and after unpacking simply plugged in and works perfectly. Very good flour/flakes, quick processing of the grain. Fun to use, in constant use, 100% satisfaction.

I am super satisfied and so are my children - I have also bought them a flaker and my girlfriend has bought a Komo grain mill. We were constantly kept up to date on how things were progressing after we sent it in. The device was back with us repaired in no time at all. It works great!
