In the live webinar I received extensive knowledge with a lot of helpful practical reference. The preparation for the oral part of the examination with Oliver Steffens was great! For the written part, there is no getting around the fact that you also have to work intensively with a corresponding subject matter book.

Since I wanted to develop professionally and especially as a career changer it was very important for me to learn well-founded, goal-oriented knowledge compactly and quickly, I was in great hands here in a very friendly team.

The seminar with Oliver Steffens laid the foundation for the written and oral exam.

I attended the online training for real estate loan brokerage and felt very well taken care of there. Mr. Steffens always takes time for questions. He is responsive to the participants and involves everyone. With his cool manner he manages to convey the learning material in a more pleasant way.
Mr. Steffens always had an open ear, even after the course or before the exams.
I can therefore only warmly recommend him.

You can tell that Mr. Steffens has a practical background. Many of the cases described dryly in the textbook were explained clearly in practice. This combination helped me in the exam. The 1 week is well suited for the start of the learning marathon before the exam!

Passed with flying colors & without a doubt to recommend !!!!
Mr. Steffens amazingly extensive technical and general knowledge is expressed not only with a matter of course but especially with wit & good humor in the thereby class illustrated and practical examples. In addition, he distinguishes himself as a speaker with his naturally sympathetic and above all humorous manner, through which there is always something to laugh about while at the same time not detracting from the learning effect. Thanks to Mr. Steffens, I have mastered my examination 34i & 34f in a period of 4 weeks at the first attempt with a top prepared feeling.
Therefore, also at this point again, MANY THANKS !!!!

It was a great seminar, the perfect preparation for the IHK Sachkundeprüfung. All questions were explained perfectly and thoroughly. Mr. Steffens and Mr. Semmler conveyed the specialist knowledge very well and in line with requirements. I would recommend everyone to use the seminar for preparation.

I participated in the 34i presentation seminar in the first week of September 2021.
The whole thing has brought me a lot, especially the interesting exchange with Oliver and with other course participants.
Technical content was well conveyed, attention was paid to questions relevant to the exam.

The folder with the preparation documents handed out alone ensures that you can't actually fail the oral exam, as long as you practice a bit.

I passed my IHK exam in October without a hitch, so I can definitely recommend the course!

In the seminar, many examples were given that explained the sometimes quite dry topics well, so that even a layman understood a lot. Without the seminar, I would not have passed the exam. I can only recommend this seminar and Olli's learning tips to everyone. In the written exam nothing can go wrong and in the practical exam a lot depends on the examiner.

Mr. Steffens managed to make a very dry and somewhat monotonous subject come alive. Only by attending his course was I able to pass the subsequent exam. The rooms are super equipped. This is exactly how you imagine a preparation course to be! Thanks to Mr. Steffens and the whole team!

The Kompatkseminar of Mr. Steffens has prepared me within one week fully and optimally for the exam as a real estate loan broker (§34i).
It was very pleasant not only to be able to access the extensive expertise of Mr. Steffens and get interesting insights into practice - Mr. Steffens took enough time for every question of us students and answered everything.
