Recommendation
The Korona cash register program is easy to use and has a lot of functions and options. A clear recommendation on my part.
However, I would particularly like to highlight the technical service hotline, because here you are helped quickly, friendly and competently every time.
Despite the Corona crisis, someone was always available immediately and helped us with the setup.

I bought my cash register a few years ago at Korona NEW and I was told at the time that I would have peace with the model only a few years!
As I said, a few years all good, but through all the updates (which no one needs) my cash register has become slower and slower and that sucks gew6!

Thank you very much for your feedback. We have already been able to quickly fix the problems you have with your POS hardware for many customers. Just contact us directly and we will get your system up and running again. Since you did not leave any contact option here, we cannot contact you directly.

Often the POS PC is used for a number of other applications (emails, surfing the web, streaming, etc.). This makes such a system gradually slower. Important and free updates are not to blame for this. Nor the last update that made your cash register fully compliant.

Give yourself a jolt and get in touch with us! It is worth it.
