I bought a mirror from Krampe for n one. The folding mechanism works very well. That is the highlight of the mirror. The field of view I feel average, but competitor products are not better here. In this respect, it is normal for the industry. The mirror is test high-price segment, due to the good workmanship and the folding mechanism, the mirror is worth it. I will also buy for my wife such a mirror

2 x KF1 type D 35° with increase 26mm for type D used on a Giant Explore E+1 STA RC Dash EBike.
After I have returned 2 bicycle mirrors from Chinese production (mirror 1 with nylon struts vibrates even on level road so much that you can not see anything, mirror 2 with too short struts 2/3 of the mirror surface covered by arm) finally a Fahradspiegel der eingentlicht just what you normally expect from a bicycle mirror. A very good view to the rear, which is a huge safety advantage. The folding mechanism is a very good idea. If the Fahrad falls over, the mirror is folded and not kapput. In addition, folded mirrors are very advantageous when taking the bike on buses and trains. In addition, I find it extremely good that you can reorder all the individual parts individually. This is very sustainable. The higher price I gladly pay for a perfect product Made in Germany.

The best bike mirrors ever. Flexible mounting options and rod long enough so you can see not only the chest and front of the left arm, but what's going on behind you. Already ordered several times and always fast shipping and good packaging.

Thank you for your evaluation.
You can influence the locking via the screw in the mirror arm mount. Please tighten this screw a little bit, not completely, the mirror should still be able to turn.
If this does not bring any improvement, please give me a feedback, then we look again what it could be then.

My inquiry by mail was answered promptly, the advice on the phone was excellent, the product (bicycle mirror KF1 D35°) met all my expectations. After I mounted the mirror on my bike and was very satisfied with the trial, I immediately ordered a second for my wife. The mirrors are much better than our previous ones, easy to mount, well adjustable, do not wobble, provide optimal field of view. It hardly gets any better.
