As always, I was very impressed by the comprehensive, appreciative and friendly advice!!! A big thank you to the whole team, who helped me to get additional insurance despite my pregnancy, which enabled me to have a wonderful birth and stay in the private clinic! So it was only logical to insure my children privately through you and I am thrilled with how quickly we found a suitable package.

Informative, all questions were answered.
In my opinion, introducing who you are at the beginning is pointless - whoever contacts you already knows that.
Instead, it would be better to use the time to ask more detailed questions about the state of health (perhaps with examples so that the customer knows what is important) and give tips. For example, I have learned from competitors that certain pre-treatments are not taken into account by some providers after 5 years and that I get a lower premium from a certain BMI.

In my opinion a very, very good Internet service. The consultation process was not only optimally designed, but also implemented very well in a personal meeting. It was much better for my individual situation than a time-consuming consultation with an insurance agent that had to be arranged and carried out in person.

Open and transparent explanation of what is covered and what is not, will probably take out a policy if the conditions remain roughly as discussed. Very eloquent and at first glance trustworthy advisor. I am satisfied with the appointment. The recommendation above is subject to positive conclusion and experience ;)
