In my opinion, introducing who you are at the beginning is pointless - whoever contacts you already knows that.
Instead, it would be better to use the time to ask more detailed questions about the state of health (perhaps with examples so that the customer knows what is important) and give tips. For example, I have learned from competitors that certain pre-treatments are not taken into account by some providers after 5 years and that I get a lower premium from a certain BMI.
