Although I would by no means describe myself as unathletic, the requirements in the training plans at the beginner level went far beyond what I could achieve. As a beginner, you are happy to be able to do 50m in a three-breath rhythm. Of course, it is possible to select individual exercises and adapt them to one's own ability. However, the feeling left behind when you fall relatively far short of the requirements of a training plan for beginners is a bit frustrating. After the crawl booster course, I attended a real crawl course for beginners. This was again very motivating, because I got positive feedback on the technique. So: I've already learned something! ;)
