He answered my questions for so long and with good examples and analogies until I understood completely. This was a very good and reassuring support for me during the exciting time of the purchase and financing process. I would like to express my sincere and heartfelt thanks for this. Mr. Nevels writes service with capital letters. I would simply recommend to anyone who needs financing to contact Mr. Nevels first, even before going to the house bank. This is requested by him anyway and probably with better "wire" and higher, more professional negotiating skills. Who gives the credit manufactory the order for the financing or can be only advised, has nothing to lose and no risk enters, since no costs or other obligations develop. The credit manufactory is evenly not the financier, but the mediator. They are interested in the fact that a financing comes off, since they receive the commission from the finally financing bank and not from the customer. Accordingly, Mr. Nevels also fought for the last hundredth of a percent in my favor. So I am sure that on my own I would not have obtained these conditions from any bank that Mr. Nevels got me.
I also found it very positive that I did not have to deal with any correspondence with the financing bank, as Mr. Nevels took care of everything for me, but at the same time kept me informed on a daily basis, personally requested and processed the necessary documents from me and was available with explanations, as I sometimes did not understand what was written in banker's German. In summary, I want to say that I am now a happy homeowner, extremely satisfied and grateful for the super service of Kreditmanufaktur.
