I already had the self-knowledge that I needed help, but I didn't really know how to go about it. Simply not drinking anymore probably wouldn't have worked. The program worked well for me. The month of preparation was very important. I was completely convinced in February that I could do it, had structured my daily routine in the best possible way. The morning emails motivated me and were a good support through the day. Because of the good structure, I actually had no time or head left for the meditations in the evening -. but had built in a lot of relaxation through yoga and reading with the new structure, so that was no longer necessary either. I have not had any alcohol now since Feb 1st and rarely think about it. Thank you so much dear Kris!!!
