Hello service team, the configuration of my Silent PC's Intel 1700 DDR5 was fun and the 2 consultations has been very good. The delivery via DHL very good - everything O.K. I would order a new PC here immediately :-) Only criticism: Before assembly I would have liked to get a call to discuss my comments eg change the graphics card because of the volume !

Rarely bought so well !!! That starts with uncomplicated and expert advice by e-mail and phone. My ideas and wishes were discussed in detail. I had a desired date for delivery - spot on! The PC arrived perfectly packed. Unpacked, plugged in and since then everything runs perfectly !!!! I have long researched and tried many system integrators and their configurators. Computer arrived flawlessly and quickly, graphics card was not installed, but I was informed to avoid damage during transport. Video tutorial on installing the graphics card was also sent to me. Everything top I am satisfied.

Packaging was impeccable. Unpack, connect, plug in, start Win11 was co-determined. Everything worked flawlessly. The Intel high end pc nVidia is powerful, quiet and allows the MSFS2020 to run with a 4k monitor with max setting. I am fully satisfied with the computer and the entire transaction

I have me on 31.04.23 evening a PC together and ordered as desired. When the order was through I got a very nice email, this has reached me shortly after half past ten in the evening and since the dear Christian of Krotus Computer pointed out to me what you can still improve the order, so that you still have what of the PC.

He made me suggestions for improvement without it being intrusive. This was explained to me logically and technically well. I would first assume that if you order additional fans, with me then lots is supplied and I have to install you myself, which is not so! These are logically installed in the PC with. And if something is missing, such as an adapter or something, it is also pointed out. It was not a must, but for the optics and Verbauung a nice detail.

In the end I decided to order this one as well.
At Krotus Computer you can feel well advised and this business can only be highly recommended, which I hereby do and will continue to do in my circle of friends.

The advice was top and fast (I was answered on a Sunday!!!).
Only the receipt of payment could be checked faster, has taken 5 days. Otherwise, however, everything went great. My next computer will definitely be from Krotus again.
