The built-in oven arrived as announced. The shipping company (Rhenus Home Delivery) notified us of the delivery in good time by email, and you can choose the delivery day. However, the reference to Küche 24 was not apparent. I could only guess. However, customer service on the phone was able to remedy the situation quickly and easily. The time window for delivery was narrowed down to 2 hours one day before delivery. On the day of delivery, I received a call: the oven would be there in an hour. No sooner said than done. The package was then carried to the second floor without any problems and the old appliance was taken away. Top!

The seller was always quick and thorough in responding to my email inquiries (not knowing German, I used Deepl translator to translate from Italian to German and vice versa, so I had no communication problems).
The product was professionally packaged and shipped via qualified courier on time.

We bought a NEFF built-in refrigerator online from Küche 24 . Due to time constraints we transferred the purchase price with some grumbling in our stomach . In return we received a 2 % discount . We immediately received an e-mail confirming receipt of the payment . Despite delivery ex works we received it after just one week . Super performance .
