The employees took their time. Although the store was already closed, we were not rushed. The assembly of the bed and further explanation were very helpful and pleasant. Very friendly and helpful advice, for which the appropriate time was taken.
The right sleeping requirements are selected and explained together and individually for each customer. As a customer, you feel well looked after and understood. I would be happy to come back again and again and will tell friends about it!

An important reason why I am a Kunath waterbed customer is that I am reminded every year to refill the conditioner. This is a special service that I really like. I also received competent, friendly and customer-friendly advice when buying our bed. The assembly of the bed went smoothly and even a small rework was done immediately and perfectly. That's why Kunath waterbeds is absolutely worth recommending.

Actually, I no longer wanted a waterbed, because we had a waterbed from another company with which we were dissatisfied. Then we came to the store of the Kunath family who have advised us very well. Now we have a waterbed again and sleep like on clouds and do not regret it one bit. Thank you

We were advised in a very friendly and very competent manner. Time was taken for us, although we had no appointment. We were not rushed at any time, we could ask all questions in peace, look at everything and test.
In the end, we decided on an air bed.
We received an all-round carefree package from Kunath Wasserbetten, are more than satisfied and would recommend you again and again!
