Mr. Schmidt is extremely professional both as a consultant and as a coach, but at the same time always human and empathetic. He convinces with his personal, serious and competent manner, which is highly recommendable. Mr. Schmidt brings with him the most important prerequisite that a consultant and coach must have. He listens to people!

The wide range of experience was very impressive, but also profitable for the coaching. The pleasant atmosphere contributed to a positive and efficient training experience.

Although I wasn't very inclined towards the subject of coaching, I wouldn't want to miss the results today. Kai-Uwe Schmidt made sure that I could get involved in the process and helped me to work on my problem areas in a professional and empathetic way. My general attitude towards coaching has changed significantly, as I learned how simple some of the issues in my backpack actually are.
