I had contact with Mr. Matthes for a PKV consultation. Mr. Matthes advised me very well and recommended insurances with a high degree of stability and presented the respective benefits in a clear comparison matrix. The anonymous preliminary inquiries and the subsequent processing went smoothly. According to his own research, Mr. Matthes also recommended insurances that supposedly promise little commission for the brokers - which for me strengthens the impression of truly independent and unbiased advice.
In summary, I can unreservedly recommend this service according to current knowledge!

Thank you very much for the evaluation. Sometimes it makes sense not to take out certain insurance policies (in this case private health insurance), even if we then have no earnings. But that is how we see ourselves as brokers.

I can only warmly recommend KVm. The consultation was and is always stress-free and highly competent. Mr. Matthes takes the necessary time to address individual needs. We made several two-hour appointments so that we had enough time to go through the contracts and individualities. I never had the feeling that I was being "talked into" anything or that I was being pushed into something that did not suit me and my family. The contract processes are uncomplicated and very clearly laid out. Through the online portal I have a perfect overview of my finances and know at any time exactly what I have to pay for what. 5 stars in all respects!

First-class advice, also an objective view of whether an insurance makes sense at all.
After conclusion of the contract always responsive and very good support in case of damage!

For us, there is absolutely no reason to deal directly with the insurance company, everything is managed very well.
