We are absolutely satisfied with everything and have already recommended the warehouse to others. Especially the daily billing is super, because you can temporarily store furniture at short notice when moving.

We used the 24/7 storage 2 times when we first moved to Germany 🇩🇪 in 2018 and again last October for another 12 months. It is a first class, easy access and very safe. The facility is spotlessly clean both inside and out, the staff is very helpful and friendly, I would use the service again anytime if needed and recommend it on request.
Uncomplicated, available at any time, very good way to store things if you do not have a basement or unpacked boxes before the move. A lot of space for a lot of possibilities.
The rooms, you can look at beforehand and the appropriate (also for the 3000 pairs of shoes)

Prices on website are misleading but friendly assistant at desk explained sizes of boxes + showed examples. On day of booking a Hartmann daughter was working at desk + was clueless. She messed up the contract completely! Luckily Alan Cooper started working for Hartmann self storage the following week + sorted out the mess quickly. He was super helpful throughout the booking, rental + end of contract process. Give him a pay rise!
