Through initial skepticism Lars was able to convince me after a week of cooperation in full.

Lars is committed and works himself into the topic.
He puts together a team that is purpose-oriented and can also work independently. Individual customer requests are always taken into account and furthermore improved (and I really mean - improved).

The concept of the composition, Lars himself can explain best. I do not go into the strategy further - my evaluation, the stars, speaks for itself.
From my point of view reported, it is so that one can trust Lars well! Not only does he find a solution with his team, but he also works out and refines further approaches to a solution if desired. Letting go and putting oneself into the hands of strangers is a step that I, as a managing director, have to learn as much as possible and also still have to learn, according to the motto "if you want to do it well, do it yourself". Fortunately I took the step to work with Lars and GrannyandSmith and made a conscious decision to put my product (raw egg) in his hands.
With Lars and his team at GrannyandSmith, I will not feel any belly ache in letting go in the future, but already look forward to new creative, constructive "input" that fully satisfies my expectations.

In conclusion: My expectations/imagination of the product design was exceeded and "backgrounds" were worked out so that I can be successful.
