I got to know Laura as a very highly sensitive person, so I knew that only she was allowed to mirror me. She chose a tool from her rich toolbox that was a perfect fit. Apart from that, she works with a certainty and intuition that brought me very valuable insights.
It was about the topic of guilt. Feelings of guilt towards my father, who we could no longer care for at home due to his care situation. This feeling cannot be changed on a rational level - it can only be changed on an emotional level. Through inner image work, we can "materialize" the perception, materialize it and minimize it in inner processes, in the best case even neutralize it.
Laura Bauer was the ideal mirror for me. She guided me through the cognitive process with confidence. Within a very short time (1.5 hours!!!) she managed to minimize the feeling of guilt that was very present in me.
Through a combination of a systemic coaching approach paired with her highly sensitive manner, she created revealing images in me, asked the right questions and brought my EMOTIONAL BODY back "in line". These images still resonate with me today, especially the final image of the union of my two opposing parts and the possibility of communicating with these parts.
I can still call up the image today and it is a "living" tool for me to "deal" with myself and to take me a step further in my self-knowledge. This type of coaching is the key to a self-determined life.
I am deeply grateful to Laura for this valuable experience of meeting myself. She is and will remain my companion.
