You get what you "order". But if you go into mediation openly, you get / would get much more. Bridges to other areas (of life) and to the future are built without you asking for them. But you have to be prepared to start walking on your own ...

The mediators are friendly, empathetic and understanding guides, they were always well prepared and you could always contact them if you were unclear about something. They guided us well through emotional and financial issues. We also always received timely feedback and the appointments took place as agreed.
I am glad we decided to do the divorce mediation.

In the very difficult and emotional separation phase, Lauterkorn & Heinrich was a very great help to me. With your professional competence, commitment, reliability and the balancing practical solution approaches, you contributed to the fact that a very good divorce succession agreement was reached.
You were available at all times, appointments and commitments were kept and all questions that arose were explained to me calmly and objectively. Their friendly working style and balanced view for both parties was also helpful.
I hope that I will not get into such a situation in my life again, but if it should happen, I would immediately turn to Lauterkorn & Heinrich again.
Finally, I would like to thank my mediators again very much. I can only recommend them.

Lauterkorn & Heinrich were wonderful mediators with regard to our separation/divorce. They were always extremely friendly, polite and courteous. We were always treated in a very appreciative manner.
We were guided through all the financial and emotional issues very well (we were also fortunately able to come to an amicable agreement for dealing with our children). The two mediators took us by the hand on all issues and guided us confidently, competently and solution-oriented to an amicable solution (which was definitely not easy due to countless conflicts on our part).

The cert. Mediator:innen of Lauterkorn & Heinrich guided us focused and appreciative through all topics of a divorce proceeding! Our questions were answered quickly and professionally at all times. They were there for us and our concerns. It was good that - if we fell into earlier conflict patterns - the mediator:inside mediated between us again. Calculations such as the property division, the pension equalization and the divorce settlement were no problem because everything was explained to us calmly. Thank you Mrs. Heinrich and Mr. Lauterkorn that you accompanied us so well through this difficult time and that we have found a good parenting role in the meantime. We will recommend you in any case!

Lauterkorn & Heinrich were absolutely professional in their approach: Situation clarification, suggestions of necessary steps and preparation. The managers were very well picked up and taken along on the path of necessary improvements and conflict solutions. The mix between knowledge transfer and group work was excellent, the training definitely brought the participants and the company further. This will not be the last time we have booked the consultants. Thank you very much.

The one-on-one meetings and the mediation, the communication support between the parties were also very helpful. I found it very pleasant that I was also asked from time to time by telephone or by e-mail how one was doing.
Even after the mediation, Mr. Lauterkorn and Ms. Heinrich were available for questions or concerns.

Lauterkorn & Heinrich guided us professionally and empathetically through a difficult time and contributed significantly to the fact that the parental role can also be lived after the separation and long-term conflict-free solutions were found for the benefit of the common child.
Appointments were coordinated with our needs, communication was punctual and also possible outside of normal business hours. Punctual also means that the transition period could be kept short - and today everything is settled.
The business premises were very appealing and the mediation aids/documents were very good and helpful - I would hire Lauterkorn and Heinrich again, a good choice for our benefit.

I felt absolutely professionally advised and in good hands at all times of the mediation - both professionally and humanly We were able to come to an amicable agreement thanks to the mediation!
