I only had one experience and that was to contact through the site to look for an apartment and the response to accept the registration was fast, I was impressed that they responded to me on a Saturday, the text writing was very kind and understanding although I was not lucky enough to find an apartment available according to my needs but I know they will be pending to let me know if they have one! I have been checking regularly for a month to see if the electronic booking system offers a viewing appointment. Since then, no appointments have been necessary and no further messages have come from you. Hence my question, what is the point of the electronic booking system?

Information in the exposé is misleading. When asked to correct the information, the company responds with a note of absence, which has been invalid for a week. A professional and trustworthy impression was thus unfortunately not created.

No offer they have to recommend me an apartment or room, I am a foreigner and looking for an apartment for me and my boyfriend in Leipzig I want to receive account to a total of about 950 € monthly. Study visa and all the documents they need for example. We were very if you could help me and my friend and I would like to rate you a good star. The processes look great: automatically generated reply mail incl. portal for self-booking of tours - unfortunately this was not possible for me and my calls (both via landline and mobile) and mail have not been responded to so far (24h).

Unfortunately, my request for viewing was not read, instead I was sent a standardized email. The portal with the appointment allocation does not work properly. A "free choice of appointment" is misleading, I had exactly two dates to choose from, which had nothing to do with my request. So everything is very impersonal. Since I had contact with other brokers who individually respond to my messages, I can not recommend LE-APIS especially in comparison.
