Dear Ms. Vanessa Lorenz, we have researched the case and would like to describe the factual report. On 29.02.2024 at 21:37 you made an inquiry for the property 904_12 in Schkeuditz. Today, the day of your valuation is 01.03.2024. Unfortunately, the property is no longer online / available in the meantime, so that viewing appointments are pointless for both you and us. The property was let yesterday afternoon. The 2 RWG in house 18 is also no longer available. Alternatively, we can offer you a 3-flat apartment in house 16. You are welcome to contact us by e-mail if you are interested.

I only had one experience and that was to contact through the site to look for an apartment and the response to accept the registration was fast, I was impressed that they responded to me on a Saturday, the text writing was very kind and understanding although I was not lucky enough to find an apartment available according to my needs but I know they will be pending to let me know if they have one! This is why I recommend it! Thank you

I have been checking regularly for a month to see if the electronic booking system offers a viewing appointment. Since then, no appointments have been necessary and no further messages have come from you. Hence my question, what is the point of the electronic booking system?
