In the meantime, I had several appointments with Alexandra, including the reprogramming of beliefs as part of the six-month 1:1 coaching program, and I am really thrilled. Alexandra took a lot of time and accompanied me through the whole process. Even though it was exhausting, there was no shortage of fun and we were able to laugh a lot. Alexandra makes the process easy, so that not all the old issues had to be suffered through again. In addition, she gives a lot of help to implement things in everyday life. After the process I felt relieved and I also noticed the days afterwards how my subconscious was working and implementing the new resources. In the weeks that followed, I even received feedback from those around me that I had changed.

I am so grateful to you, Alexandra, for initiating such a positive process in me!
Before our coaching, I often feel passive and numb. Thanks to you, I have realized that the key to change for me lies mainly in the topic of self-esteem.
In spite of the fact that we haven't seen each other anymore, I stayed on and continued to explore for myself why I often felt so bad. Above all, I have found that by focusing on my personal development - that is, the way forward - I can gain a lot of energy that I had always lacked until then.
You convinced me or taught me that when I realize I'm not doing well, it helps to tap into my sources of strength - that was a super breakthrough for me, because otherwise I was always waiting for someone to help me... but it's much nicer, better, smarter that I'm now able to help myself!

I have already designed several projects together with Alexandra and have been able to win her as a speaker.

For one, at the beginning of 2020 for the Health Meeting Leipzig.
The HML is since 2016 the Tribe & the community for more health, clarity & ease in life in Leipzig.

Alexandra also inspired people online at the regular, digital Deep Talk with the community of Functional Basics in October 2022.

With Alexandra everything always has hand & foot, she picks up the participants empathically & fascinates with her kind.

At the women's retreat "Just me, Just be!" in the beautiful Casa El Morisco in Spain I was able to discover and take away a lot for myself. In the circle of women everything was allowed to be, everything was allowed to show itself. I felt carried by the healing space and the energy that Alexandra held so magnificently. I can recommend every woman to personally experience this "sacred space of women" at the retreat.
I especially enjoyed the morning cocoa ceremony, the dynamic meditations and the dancing. Alexandra offered many methods that I can use at home for my personal development.
The hypnosis teachings by Thomas were also helpful and exciting.

The "Catapult into love happiness" workshop was for me 1.5 hours of interesting and beneficial "sprinkling" and soaking up facts and suggestions!
Alexandra addresses women in all walks of life and through her competent and authentic manner one is personally well picked up.
I was able to engage very well in the guided fantasy journey, for the purpose of bundling positive emotions, to perceive and retrieve. I was surprised that this worked so well via video conference.
I took away a lot of valuable impulses to think about and feel.
Thank you for this valuable work to remind people again of their LIVENESS!

I got a lot out of 'Your Catapult to Love Happiness' and enjoyed the time very much! Although I'm usually not a fan of online seminars and Zoom, I was very glad in the end that I accepted the offer. The exercises Alexandra did with us triggered a lot in me, it was really WONDERFUL and great! I can highly recommend it and am already looking forward to the one-on-one meeting!

The women's retreat near Málaga was heart-opening: In a magical place with wonderful women and a warm and attentive Alexandra I was able to practice self-care, thank you for opening and holding space, dear LebendigMACHER.
Women's circles have incredible healing potential and accompanied by wonderfully fragrant and grounding cocoa one feels enveloped and carried by good powers.

Thanks to Alexandra, I was able to break free from the emotional entanglements with my mother and her addiction. What over a decade of talk therapy failed to do, Alexandra broke in six months. In a series of individual sessions and a two-day intensive, I broke free of negative beliefs that had been interfering with my happiness and energy in life since birth. In a very emotionally intense process, in which Alexandra was always able to keep me safe and well, we worked out and reshaped these beliefs. Since then, a whole new space has opened up in me, where I feel many thoughts and feelings that previously had no place, because this space was completely taken up by issues around my mother. Today I am much calmer, clearer, and have more energy for all the beautiful things in life that were overshadowed for decades.

I highly recommend Alexandra and her work!

I was at the training for Cacao Priestress with Alexandra and I thought it was wonderful that we were first allowed to learn practically how a cocoa ceremony is performed and only after the experience came the theoretical knowledge. This made everything much more vivid and memorable. I am already looking forward to offering my first own cocoa ceremony.
