The amount of the hourly wage is not serious, especially when 2 mechanics are calculated, but only one works! The calculated travel costs are also completely unreasonable. In no case will we recommend this company weter and also never assign again.

Our installers are always dispatched in pairs for jobs, especially for components that may be installed in a shaft. This is done for various reasons. On the one hand, it is prescribed by the employers' liability insurance association to ensure the safety of our employees. On the other hand, it enables us to work more efficiently, since it is often necessary to search for the fault in the manhole or cistern and at the control unit at the same time. This approach may eliminate the need for a second trip, which is advantageous for both you as a customer and for us.

We are pleased that we were able to successfully troubleshoot and get your system back up and running. If you come forward or approach us proactively, I am sure we can find an accommodating solution that is acceptable to both parties. Salesman recommends pump X and the technician tells me during installation what a bad pump it is and he would not have used it. Technician did not know about the circuit which made it take two hours longer. Two hours that was charged for two technicians. Before we had an indicator (lamp) when the pumps run now nothing. Seher high startup costs have a bad taste. Technician said we would like a quote for pump maintenance but nothing received so far.

after consultation with the two fitters, neither of them can make any sense of how you can come to the conclusion that the technology offered, sold and used is defective or faulty. The pump used is from the market leader KSB and is clearly of industrial standard. Both fitters have been trained in the products installed. There were no delays. For our part, the installation work went according to plan and within the scheduled time frame. The two installers also gave me feedback they left a satisfied customer with a functioning system.
I would be pleased to clarify the matter with you personally and would be happy to answer your questions by telephone.
We will send you your requested maintenance contract shortly. We currently have a small backlog in the processing of maintenance requests. However, the request has not been lost.

I am writing in English but happy to speak in German.

Your service team has now been sent 2 times to my house. My pump is in no better condition now than 3 months ago and I have paid you over 1200€ to still have to flush my toilets by hand.

The service technicus did not seem to even know the pump system they were sent to fix. The technicians have all been friendly but did not listen.
Speaking with the previous owner of my house. The pump had faced similar issues in the past, this did arise due to the Float' (floating valve). I have now really this information 2 times to all three service technicians and they have not even bothered to check that component.

On the first visit, the servo was replaced, which brought my pump to a non-functioning state. What is worse is after installation the screw caps were not reinstalled and the housing no longer fits the pump.

On the secondcattempt a different priceless switched out, which appears to have no function. This time the team did not even bother to screw the housing on the new peice. The bolts and cover hang loosely below the pump. The team left without even checking forbore than 1 min if the pump worked.

Frustratingly, I have shared this information to multiple email addresses within Leger and have received no response. On repeated manung emails asking me to pay for the service which did not help. I have no doubt I will get no follow up from this review either.

I am completely satisfied with the advice and service and would recommend this at any time. The devaluation in the price / performance ratio stems from an unusual and very expensive billing of travel costs. The calculation of the full travel time in the amount of the hourly rate plus travel costs borders on money-grubbing and is unusual in this amount.

Took a submersible pump in for repair for replacement of a condenser. One assumed a small thing. Possibly still exchange a small bearing then everything should fit. Costs approx. 250,00 €. After a week I was told that the pump was ready, cost 540,00 €.
When asked why the costs are twice as high, the woman could not answer me,
wanted to inquire and call back. Unfortunately, no callback. I then went the next week to pick up the pump. At this time, the bill was not ready and it could also tell me no one what was done to the pump, because the mechanic is unfortunately sick.
Then the invoice came by mail.
If a repair rises above double the agreed cost I expect a call for profitability.
But now to the positive. After a call to the
Serviceleiter the polite, factual and competent on my complaint was explained to me everything correctly. He was also of the opinion that an inquiry should have been made. In the end, we were able to come to a mutually agreeable result.

Unfortunately, when placing an order by phone, one is not informed about the travel costs and regulations and must immediately sign the travel km upon presentation of the service report without being able to recognize whether the mechanic drives directly back to the company or to the next customer a few meters away. There was no response to my e-mail to clarify the material costs and travel expenses. The error was corrected at the second appointment.

Apparently, in the case of your customer service call, the communication was not quite optimal. Our billing modalities are laid down in our service conditions. We always charge the single distance with the shortest route determined via Google Maps from our nearest location, as we have historically had the best experience with regard to cost fairness, especially in the area of customer service. In this way, we guarantee cost transparency for our customers even before the first assignment. As a rule, our dispatchers refer to our billing modalities when making appointments.

The consultation during the order in June after initial "difficulties" on site by largely inexperienced employees was then very good by Mr. Stettner and Murmylo, as well as the pump conversion with filter replacement by Mr. Murmylo very satisfactory. In the current replacement of the automatic control unit by Mr. Murmylo, his experience and professionalism was a clear plus for my full satisfaction in order processing. Extra praise to Mr. Murmylo, make sure that his experience is passed on in the company.

We are a private customer. The sump pump failed. Our residential plumber did not feel able to install a new one in a timely manner. Leger changed the pump 10 years ago, so we contacted them. And then everything went quickly. The service lady was quick and competent, our data was available on the software. Binding service date agreed. A service employee called to say that the technician would be leaving an hour later than planned. We had never experienced this before. That was positive and helpful for us. This came on time, with overshoes clean through the house!!! The technician, Mr. Huber, was quickly in the picture. New pump installed, test run. Perfect.
Then he checked the alarm system. It was broken. Including the battery. Estimate for that will be provided. That and the installation report all digital on tablet. Positive! The bill: the prices for the KSB devices are already quite decent. Are they worth it? The old pump lasted 10 years, although it was only used for washing machine waste water. The travel and installation costs are fair, but still high for us, but we also live at the other end of town. Bad luck. Pleasant that the managing director himself called to talk with us in detail on the subject of prices in comparison private : industry, which he was aware of. So complaints are a matter for the boss. We find that very positive.

I can only recommend the company. Our toilets were clogged because the lifting unit was defective. Everything went very quickly, smoothly and professionally. The ladies in the dispatching department were exceptionally friendly, the same goes for the technicians. Highly recommended
