Sunday evening locked out, called, very friendly advice and after about 45 minutes (relatively long journey necessary) the door was open again.
Friday around 19.00 clock ( so 25 minutes after our call ) Mr. Herrmann from the locksmith arrived at our house and has very professionally, without damage and very friendly opened our locked door. The lock was changed and the bill was very reasonable for me (75€ door opening with approach and 35€ lock ).... Funny is the bonus card even if I hope to never have to use it and commendable the option of card payment, I will recommend this locksmith and hang a notice in the houses I care for.
