For All-on-6, I wouldn't focus only on how the final teeth will look. I'd also want to understand when temporary teeth are fitted and what to expect during healing. Knowing the treatment stages in advance would be important to me.

If I were considering 20 zirconia crowns, I'd want the treatment to be planned around my existing teeth and bite. I wouldn't want the front teeth to end up too long or bulky. The gumline, how the upper and lower teeth meet and how the shade suits the face would all be worth discussing. I'd prefer each tooth to be considered individually rather than giving every crown exactly the same shape. Even small differences in proportions can change the overall appearance.

Eighteen crowns and two implants is quite a bit of work. I'd want to discuss the size of the implant crowns and how they'll meet the other teeth. Comfort around the back teeth would be a priority for me.

If I were considering 26 zirconia crowns, I'd spend time discussing the dimensions first. I'd pay attention to the length of the front teeth, how they transition towards the sides and how they meet when biting. Shade matters too, but it doesn't create a good smile on its own. I'd also ask about the gumline and the final shape of the crowns. With a treatment this extensive, I'd rather take time over those decisions.
