We were looking for a private health insurance for our newborn. The entire consultation and conclusion took place online. The presented insurers and tariffs seemed plausible and provided quite different options (bzg. prices and benefits). In a consultation, the pros and cons were discussed very well.
Since our son was born prematurely, we were then unfortunately denied the choice of insurer and we had to choose a (my) tariff with my insurer. From there, we can not properly assess some benefits.
Nevertheless, we were very satisfied with the experience.
That the commission is shared with the customer is a great thing.

Very good advice, consultant was very knowledgeable about the rates.
Fast implementation. Good communication when concluding the contract.
Only when I had a query about the tipster cashback did I only receive a response after 4 weeks, despite several queries. Otherwise, highly recommended.

In July 2022 concluded an insurance policy through this and to date have not received the agreed cashback despite multiple emails and calls.
Therefore, unfortunately, not recommended, you also get no feedback on the reminders for payment. Unfortunately, one is simply ignored.
We will soon have to see how we get the agreed cashback. Very sad!

The advice was very good. We are very satisfied with the services of the selected private insurance (Barmenia). Only the billing of benefits takes a very long time with Barmenia. Otherwise everything is top. Keep it up.

Competent advice and very good support with helpful information when comparing different tariffs. Mr. Nowak was always available quickly, if not directly by phone, a timely response came by mail. Without his advice, we would probably have simply co-insured our child in my tariff, which would have been significantly more expensive and not associated with better protection. Therefore, we can recommend the service of Leni, Leon and the Lynxes 100%.
