With the BORVO filter device, we initially had problems because only a little filtered water flowed from the faucet. The customer service found a solution with the help of a new filter device just coming on the market, which was exchanged for the previous device, the water runs here in sufficient quantity. A laboratory test carried out showed that two metal values in the filtered water exceeded the limits. But here, too, a solution was found by changing the settings on the unit, which brought the critical values far below the limit values.
The intense iron odor of the originally unfiltered water had completely disappeared in the first as well as the second device.
We are more than satisfied with the customer service, which went out of its way to help.
The filtered water, although coming from very old water pipes, now tastes like fresh spring water, better than any purchased mineral water!
