I was surprised how quickly I received feedback on my request. Good advice on the requested appraisal, was able to do everything online and have the documents to the house when ordering can send the same. The appraiser was then 3 days later on site. Overall satisfied, can therefore only recommend the service of the network.

a calculation of the living space was required. After contacting him by e-mail, I was immediately called by the expert - PD Dr. E. Redel -, the procedure was discussed, the very prompt on-site appointment was arranged, the on-site appointment was attended by the equally competent and personally sympathetic expert, the calculation was promptly prepared and transmitted electronically and by mail.
I would contact Dr. Redel or LG /Lokale Gutachten again at any time with concerns falling within his area of expertise.

The Redel family accompanied us in the purchase of a property that we would have liked to buy. Unfortunately, the inspection revealed major issues and too great financial risks, which made us refrain from buying at the advised price. Too bad, because the house was an absolute dream. We will probably not be able to find a reasonable common price.
Mrs. Redel even called us again the day after the inspection, because she still had thoughts about the building overnight. We can highly recommend the Redels as appraisers. Price also very attractive, since two appraisers were present during the appraisal and 4 eyes simply see more.
