I have suffered from anxiety and depression since I was young. I tried all sorts of psychologists, alternative practitioners, hypnosis - everything only helped a little and then kept coming back.

I am absolutely thrilled, I got to know Andrea as a competent, empathic woman, she has solved many blockages in just one consultation. She puts her finger in the wound and knows immediately where to start. My construction sites are very weighty and I have to give 100 percent in this assessment, I could no longer cope with my blockages, I could no longer get anything on the role.

I was on the hot seat on Sun, 7.1.2024, and was allowed to get a taste of it live. Even before the free Zoom training, a lot of emotions were already brewing inside me. I had already learned about many tools, energy work, etc. But this approach with the help of Andreas' clairvoyance, with me the head always comes to all the feelings, what the mind thinks does not always hit it, taking into account the body and inner child, ingenious, amazing. Yes, when there are big stressors in us, mostly from childhood. A lot of things come together for me, then you probably have to go back to the source. Before, I felt really stressed and blocked and in a constant state of excitement and alertness, and after Andrea's coaching I really felt more relaxed and at ease again, down from a stress factor of 10 to 4. I was finally able to sleep well again afterwards.

In the meantime, I've reprinted a few things related to the topic and I have an appointment next week to find a solution. It's like an onion. But I am convinced that this method can release blockages and trigger points from trauma. The inclusion of the injured or overwhelmed part of the child was very nice, as it created a creative new healing image.

Definitely try it out, the body is also involved and that is also very important. I can't say more yet, Andrea is for me a competent person who has gone through the process herself, mother of 2 so-called ADHD sons, even cleared her trigger points through this process, a role model who can empathize and knows what she is talking about.
