Lilian's work and her methods have had the most positive impact on me and my life so far. Through her work with the body and nervous system, I have not only learned what it actually means to be with myself and in my body, but I have also created an anchor, a connection to myself that I can always fall back on. I also learned and understood how to deal with and express my feelings properly. A skill that we should all learn from birth. In addition, her methods are designed to help me achieve independence and self-empowerment that I can use for the rest of my life. I have rarely experienced anything like this in coaching sessions.

Lilian is a warm-hearted, sensitive and very empathic person, who with her work also offers a safe space for sensitive people and helps with all her offers to better arrive at themselves and to feel themselves well in a world that is often too noisy, to be able to live safely and alive. The gentleness and cautiousness with which she proceeds do not allow to see at first sight how penetrating and profound her work really is and how clearly and precisely she names all that cannot be said by many others. Lilian is a real jewel among all the trainers, coaches and therapists, because she really brings new and courageous perspectives - if you are willing to get involved. Someone who rather digs deep than spreading hot air is hard to find. I am very grateful for this!

I responded to a call asking what topics would interest me and told Lilian about my problem at the time. A personal answer came very soon and she even made a podcast of it. That helped me a lot at that time.
I find the way of your explanations very transparent, especially through mentioned examples.
And I feel Lilian is very authentic.

I really like Lilian's pleasant, unobtrusive and personable manner. I appreciate her authenticity, which for me shows in the fact that she does not only present herself as an "expert" but shares her own challenges and issues in her life. Her course "Being at Home in Yourself" has been a welcome gift for me that I can always fall back on when my personal stress levels get too high again.... I would recommend Lilian immediately, because I have never met such a wonderful person who is so honestly genuine and authentic. For example, when Lilian asks how you are, it is not a superficial question as it is said from today's society, but she asks at the level of the heart and is truly interested. No matter with what topics I write to her, she answers one always and personally and shows valuable ways. I like her so much. She is a true gift and anyone who is friends with her is an absolute lucky person.

Lilian is in my eyes one of the few coaches out there who are human, empathetic and genuine and above all don't bullshit. She personally stands 100% behind what she does and conveys with her work. For me, embodiment was an unknown topic until I met Lilian. I am a rather skeptical person and I was amazed that the exercises really make a difference - provided of course that you stick with it. Therefore, from me very clear recommendation! 🌞
