For personal reasons, I had left a lot of things to do with the "coaching scene". I didn't want to have anything more to do with it because of the retraumatization I experienced, but because I knew Lilian from seminars and had experienced her, I carefully started listening to her YouTube videos again some time ago. I have learned to listen very carefully and to whom I listen. Lilian is a human being and picks me up. She is so true and authentic. She is so strong in her gentleness and gets to the point. She is so clear, honest, open and empathetic. I feel seen by her. When I listen to her, I can breathe again, I don't feel wrong. Her loving but clear "kick in the butt" is not manipulation, but encourages us to tackle issues, situations etc. without pressure. Love does more than manipulation. If I recommend anyone in the "coaching scene", it's Lilian. Thank you for your work, thank you for being human and for your authentic, empathetic manner.

Lilian accompanied me on my path to self-employment. She supported me with many impulses, believed in me and my idea and gave me challenges in terms of becoming visible.
In the meantime, I experienced a life crisis. She was there for me and supported me through such a difficult time. I am very touched to have her by my side.
Her flexibility in adapting to the special situation is a great gift of hers. She is a magical, sensitive woman with a lot of dedication, warm-heartedness and authenticity in her work and with people. I am very grateful that I already knew Lilian before my crisis. It was a great gift for me to receive direct emotional support from her for my personal issue. That's exactly what I needed.

I really appreciate Lilian as a person and her work. And I am glad that we found each other. ❤️

Lilian's work and her methods have had the most positive impact on me and my life so far. Through her work with the body and nervous system, I have not only learned what it actually means to be with myself and in my body, but I have also created an anchor, a connection to myself that I can always fall back on. I also learned and understood how to deal with and express my feelings properly. A skill that we should all learn from birth. In addition, her methods are designed to help me achieve independence and self-empowerment that I can use for the rest of my life. I have rarely experienced anything like this in coaching sessions.

Lilian is a warm-hearted, sensitive and very empathic person, who with her work also offers a safe space for sensitive people and helps with all her offers to better arrive at themselves and to feel themselves well in a world that is often too noisy, to be able to live safely and alive. The gentleness and cautiousness with which she proceeds do not allow to see at first sight how penetrating and profound her work really is and how clearly and precisely she names all that cannot be said by many others. Lilian is a real jewel among all the trainers, coaches and therapists, because she really brings new and courageous perspectives - if you are willing to get involved. Someone who rather digs deep than spreading hot air is hard to find. I am very grateful for this!

I responded to a call asking what topics would interest me and told Lilian about my problem at the time. A personal answer came very soon and she even made a podcast of it. That helped me a lot at that time.
I find the way of your explanations very transparent, especially through mentioned examples.
And I feel Lilian is very authentic.

I really like Lilian's pleasant, unobtrusive and personable manner. I appreciate her authenticity, which for me shows in the fact that she does not only present herself as an "expert" but shares her own challenges and issues in her life. Her course "Being at Home in Yourself" has been a welcome gift for me that I can always fall back on when my personal stress levels get too high again....
