Thank you for your support in rounding out our testimony. The analysis has shown where the weaknesses but also the strengths of our relationship lie. The practical tips such as fullness picture, heart hug, dialogue and shared experience are very helpful. However, more concrete examples and "recipes" would have been helpful to get even more into the implementation. Overall, the 4 meetings with homework have caused us to think more about our relationship, to address former taboo topics now more openly and to try out one or the other now.

It is still fun to work with Olaf.
Currently, my relationship is on a good path, I would not have thought possible. Olaf always responds to needs and wishes, also adapts his concept individually. Olaf also tells me clearly if something does not fit with me, he demands and presses the whole thing in a positive sense, furthermore, he also does not gild the time with a lot of explanation and background knowledge, this he provides online. All around a good power behind it. On questions, in my case, always comes at short notice a valuable answer.
I feel through his process, well guided, this has given me even in a very difficult time, support.
I can fully recommend Olaf

Olaf is simply brilliant, both professionally and personally!
Through him I and we as a couple could learn so many interpersonal behaviors and now communicate significantly more and especially correctly ! If Olaf had not been , I can say with great certainty , we would have separated . Simply because of little things and misunderstandings .

Olaf always takes time , is always sensitive and at the right moment also determinant !

We have always felt very comfortable and especially understood!

We had dealt with other couples counselors before. Although they were studied psychologists, they were very unprofessional in the session. Olaf, with his very good approach, managed to untie our most important "knot".

We were very critical when we contacted Olaf because we had already been through couples therapy. There we had learned a lot, but still our arguments didn't stop and we both didn't really believe in our relationship anymore. Nevertheless, we wanted to give it another try and we are very happy that we did. Because Olaf showed us in a very pragmatic way how to talk and deal with each other better. At the same time, he has helped us to finally let go of old grudges, so that we feel attracted to each other again, which is a very great experience. We're spending more time together again, we can laugh and tease each other again, and we know how to better handle sensitive issues that used to cause a ruckus.

Not everything is rosy yet, but we both want to be in this relationship again and that is an incredibly great feeling. Thanks to you Olaf, for your great guidance and for giving us new hope again!

In the work with Olaf Schwantes I experienced the greatest appreciation and respect. I could immediately trust deeply and open up completely. This was initially a great relief for me. I noticed how all the unbearable pressure fell off me and I felt the security and confidence that I was in good hands and that real help was near. Right in the first appointment Olaf Schwantes offered me a practical exercise with the help of which we reached my emotional level. This was a very special experience for me, as I had already acquired a lot of theoretical knowledge from previous therapies. But it was precisely the feeling level that had always been difficult to access before. I was impressed. Olaf Schwantes accompanied me sensitively during this exercise and I had the feeling that I had taken a big, significant step forward. Also the further hours went in such a way that I could bring first in the discussion everything, and Olaf Schwantes stood to me with good and professional assistance and successful practical exercises aside.
