Mr. Bastian Piskorz was at the home of our deceased mother and handled all the formalities of your insurance policies very well and accordingly terminated some contracts. The building insurance was rewritten in my name. He gave us very, very good advice and helped us. The discussions were very, very nice and informative. Once again, many, many thanks to Mr. Bastian Piskorz! I can only recommend him to others! Simply great!

Contracts were extended without a contract and without proper notification, completely overpriced, not performance-oriented and only focused on the personal wallet. In some cases, no response to requests for termination. Stalling tactics to keep contracts running for as long as possible.
