I had received a voucher and could not redeem it in the online store (which in our opinion is very complicated). We then contacted the operator and had to be fobbed off with the sentence "but that must go". After we then contacted again by phone, because a booking was simply not possible came out that the operator has determined that there was a technical error, which is why we could not make the booking. Until then, no problem, that happens, but we had hoped for an apology or something similar, but nothing came. Instead, our booking (again, technical reasons) was canceled shortly before the day. When we then called again we had to listen repeatedly that it can not be so difficult to book there. BUT IT WAS! and even if it had been easy, which it definitely wasn't - what kind of customer service is that? If we as young people are not able to make a booking there what does someone without technical understanding? Bad luck? Because of the service I would not book this spa again - too bad because the hours there were actually very relaxing.
