Regardless of the outcome of the out-of-court proceedings, the course of action was not recommendable. Mr. Machleb arbitrarily reduced the claim for damages by 50% without consultation. E-mails were not answered, letters were neither forwarded for proofreading nor for acknowledgement. Everything was always on demand and then in extremely long waiting times.
