Downloaded madmuscles after a friend’s advice. Loved the onboarding, the reminders, and the food planner. Motivation faded after the first month — but support sent me a pep talk when I paused my subscription. Still using it, just less often.

Played football in college, then stopped everything. After reading mad muscles reviews from other former athletes, I gave it a go. Coach Brian adapted the plan for my old injuries and support helped when I couldn’t log in. I’m not back to my peak, but I feel like myself again.
