Unfortunately, not to recommend after I have made a written request passed easily 3. weeks then came a short mail with the info no time for a single order, while the store does not make the appearance that they could not save themselves from work. Well, so the competitor was much faster friendly and certainly not cheaper. Hope that this store does not find new customers because he has earned none. Therefore auxh preferably zero stars

Dear customer, we are very sorry for your negative experience with our service. We can only explain a response only after 3 weeks over the Christmas period. This is the only time of the year when we are actually closed for 2 weeks and do not answer any inquiries. We do not produce single orders. Our production starts only from at least 5 pieces. We communicate this everywhere. In order to produce an embroidery, we have to create an embroidery file for each logo. Based on this, the embroidery machine then produces the order. The embroidery cost production is 39-60 € depending on the motif. The effort in advance for single pieces is therefore just as high as for larger orders and therefore usually just too costly and time-consuming, both for you and for us.
