I've ordered from here twice already. Great customer service, very friendly staff, and the product is absolutely flawless when it comes to the engraving. I ordered from other companies a few years ago, and the engravings weren't as clean and beautiful as they are here. I also think the value for the price is really great.

This time, however, I wasn’t entirely satisfied with the customer service and communication, as I had to wait a long time for responses, and they were often non-committal. Everything went perfectly. Excellent communication and attention to my specific requests (special font, size, and placement). Deadlines were clearly communicated and met. A prototype was created beforehand to ensure everything was designed and finalized exactly as I wanted. Top-notch.

Our ideas and suggestions were addressed with great patience during several phone calls. We always felt that our concerns were taken seriously.
