A super competent man of practice, who can also support his content well theoretically. Nothing for dreamers, because he goes forward quickly and demanding, his practical tips are immediately usable and implementable even for non-wind players (I am a choir director and can implement much immediately 1:1). The structure of the rehearsals (what do I want to rehearse, what do I need to rehearse, etc.) was well addressed.
Likewise, rehearsal methodology (filleting and playing through) was addressed. Important to keep the musicians engaged.
Also important for me is the topic of Corona or to give the musicians a future perspective.

The webinars are always interesting, informative and helpful. Maybe not everything is suitable for all participants, but everyone can also take out exactly what he is currently busy. Try it out, the tips are great for samples and work.
The topics were presented very well and are very close to my work. I have found our chapel very well. I find the tips very good and they have confirmed me in my work.
The topics are very practical and relevant. The content is presented in such a way that you can adapt it individually to your own needs and situations.
As always, it was very fun, well structured and very instructive. I recommend this course to anyone who wants to further their education for practice. Was definitely not my last course with Manuel :)
