Manuel has great approaches & ideas for the customer journey, which are very easy to implement in conjunction with creative management. But of course it also works without the program. Everyone can take something away for themselves and their business. Keep up the good work!

In the workshop, Manuel showed some sales tricks in his relaxed and friendly manner that could be copied directly and implemented with manageable effort. Very well designed workshop

Manuel is passionate about what he does. And he never forgets who he really is. He conveys the importance of every single person who comes into contact with him. And he uses words that are easy to understand. Despite his young age, he shows respectful behavior. I am a bit more experienced in life and have heard and seen so many "I'll show you how to win customers" talents. Manuel definitely stands out from the crowd in my eyes!
